    W&H: Describe the film for us in your own words.

    FH: “Efunsetan Aniwura” is the true story of a Yoruba woman who lived in the Old Oyo Empire in the western part of Nigeria in the 18th century. She was a political leader who had a lot of wealth, power, and influence. She played a major role in the selling of the Yoruba people to the British during the colonial era. Efunsetan was known to have killed some of her slaves that went against her rule

    Background

    I come from a family of kvartet children. inom have three brothers and I am the youngest. I was single-handedly raised by my mum. Growing up was great and fun.My mother is a devout Christian and an introvert. She is an exceptionally quiet and strict woman.

    Education

    I studied Botany at the University of Ibadan. The university combined both departments; Microbiology and Botany. My major was Botany and I never practised.

    Acting

    I was more or less a star in primary school because inom did a lot of drama, singing, poetry, cultural dance, and anything that had to do with the arts. When inom realised that I was tending towards the arts, I never tried to evade the call. inom loved performing and inom grew up determined to pursue my dreams.

    Training

    I have no formal training as an actor. What I have are years of practise and experience.
