    The United Kingdom born chef, has travelled the world and earned his reputation in the culinary space; thus, his name is synonymous with the finest and most creative cuisines across Africa.

    Prior to his arrival, Roberts trained in England and Switzerland before spending six years working in a string of successful kitchens across South East Asia, an experience that has had a distinct influence in shaping his creative brand of cookery.
