(stnĭ-slävsk, -släf-), Konstantin Originally Konstantin Sergeyevich Alekseyev.Russian actor and director. A founder of the Moscow Art Theater, he produced many of Chekhov's plays and developed an innovative method of acting that emphasizes the psychological motivation of the actor.
